Job Location : Bangalore

- Design and implement org wide HR structural Initiatives

- Formulate appropriate HR strategies and agenda in line with the business needs, identification of trends, root cause analysis for all identified focus areas at the Corporate level.

- Implement the performance management & Reward system as promulgated by the Lead Performance & Rewards.

- Design compensation and incentive plans

- Drive Org wide initiatives for Key HR Functions like Talent Management & Development, Organization Development, Learning and Development etc
