HR Business Partner Mncs in Mumbai

- 8-12+ years HR business partnering experience which covers the full HR functional agenda.

- Has experience of working in a multinational organisation.

- Preferrably has experience of supporting Commercial and Functional groups in the course of the HR experience.

- Demonstrated coaching ability and experience with leaders is essential

- Open to HR profiles from Fmcg- Food, Beverages,Consumers and Liquor /Fmcd/Telecom/Pharma/Hospitality / BFSI or equivalent top branded or Indian Companies

- Prefer from TISS/XL/SIBM/XIMB / IIT/IIM/NM/SCHMRD /NM or equivalent HR Bschools

- Experience levels can be flexible from 6-14 years depending on the role and company worked for consideration of senior roles fitment exposure
