About Client:

Our client is a renowned US MNC and Market Leader in its operating space in the Product Technology Co.- Mobile/ Web based solutions in wellness, healthcare via various App/ Products essentially.

Role:

The role is primarily responsible for :

- Partner with the business to identify and fulfill business needs towards people management

- Manage requirements to scale the workforce.

- Consult with business team to ensure compliance across various employee life-cycle processes

- Partner with stakeholders to implement the processes across the function.

- Continuous engagement with Leadership Team, HR Shared Services, and HRBP counterparts

- Manage Employee engagement across the entity.

Candidate Profile:

- Required a candidate with experience ranging from 5-10 years in HRBP domain.

- Candidate must have background in top most and renowned MNC companies handling HR function.

- Some experience will be preferred from New age company / Start up firm, where the incumbent was instrumental in setting up the processes and policies.

- Willing to work in an individual capacity.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
