HR Business Partner - Vendor Management Vertical (3-4 yrs)
- The profile should have experience on the below context.
- Should have hands on experience in creating frame work and negotiating with Manpower vendors
- Should Manage the complete Contract governance for the company.
- Should have conducted Due diligence checks for vendor performance.
- Performance management for the vendors
- Contract alignment with the vendor
- Should handle negotiations.

- Collaborative Skills: Work closely and coordinate with the Internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment.
- Stakeholder and Project Management Skills: Managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once. Must be comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage priorities well.
- Out of Box Thinking: Provide and implement business-focused solutions within time/cost restraints. Demonstrate original thinking in execution of role.
