HR Business Partner - Textile

We are looking for Business HR Partner - Madhya Pradesh/Punjab:-

Key Account abilities:-

- Responsible for all the HR activities related to the direct and the indirect staff.

Manpower Management, Deployment of manpower, Induction, Orientation.

- Performance Management & Development Facilitate goal setting, measures, review and final rating and maintaining records of the same.

- Regular update & in constant touch with the Chairman

- Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.

- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

- Labour Laws- Possessing ample knowledge on labour laws

- Contracts & Agreement handling

- Reward and recognition policies & Implementation
