- Conducting a benchmarking exercise to identify industry trends in organization structures, manpower norms, numbers and costs, realigning roles, and reporting relations. Performance Management and Competency Management Systems
- Developing well-defined Competence Reference Model for each Job and Role and created a Competency Model for Performance Management System.
- Maintaining a succession plan for all departments, Key Positions and roles as well as developing a Performance and Result Driven culture that enables people to perform and aspire to grow up in the hierarchy.
