HR Business Partner

- Building and driving execution of a holistic People Strategy for specific Business/Project units spanning Recruitment, People Development and engagement, performance management, employee relations, talent planning and management, employee communication, culture, and overall organization development based on Business goals.

- Work closely with leaders and teams to understand the pulse of the business and then build and execute thoughtful engagement plans that also enable retention.

- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers for a project / business unit

- Work through the project and resource costing and keep businesses informed on cost escalations.

It is a client facing role.

- To handle Manpower Project P&L

- Work with Project Teams and Client on the Talent Acquisition front. Hands on recruitment experience will be preferred.

- Workforce Management (Manpower & Recruitment) plan (quality & quantity) - Budget so as to enable business to attract, retain and develop top talent to achieve business results and cost efficiencies.

- Design and implement HR solutions that shape culture, build organization capability and enable business results, thereby increasing resource utilization and improving work efficiencies / Productivity.

- Deliver core HR programs at a scale that support employee and manager capability, best in class performance management and employee relations and drive metrics based organisation on timely basis.

- Interface with Training Partner on the implementation of induction, corporate training or training programs to meet the BU/Project needs where appropriate.

- Planning and Executing a project from HR perspective. Project Management essentials.

- Must be good in Analytics and data management.

Qualification & Experience :

- Should be Graduate or MBA with 12-15 years of HRBP experience including recruitment from telecom industry.

- Should be willing to travel across India
