HR Business Partner - Technology Firm
- Partner with units to establish goals for all employees and ensure periodic review of performance against established goals.
- Will be responsible for TA end to end including sourcing
- Drive the performance appraisal process for assigned business units, ensuring fairness and transparency
- Taking timely decisions on managing performance, in alignment with organizational objectives
- Drive Talent Management & employee retention strategies for assigned business units, including promotions & succession planning
- Maintain and provide insights to business and HR leaders towards formulation of their people management strategy
- Drive participation & completion of Employee Engagement surveys and partner with business units on creation & implementation of relevant action plans
As a successful candidate :
- 8-13 years of expertise in Business Partnering in the Financial Services industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good stakeholder management skills with key stakeholders across levels and across businesses
- Experience in recruitment
