Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the consumer tech industry
- Technical Stakeholder management
- Tech savy, well versed and updated on latest technologies in the consumer tech industry space from an HR and hiring perspective.
- Experienced in Performance Management and Learning and Development interventions
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ensure zero escalations related to HR/ Hiring from Tech Stakeholders
- Manage end to end employee lifecycle
