HR Business Partner- Technology (5-9 Years) HRBP (Technology) for a leading German Automobile company Job Responsibilities: Strategy : Drive HR, leadership and organizational initiatives that support achievement of business goals and objectives. Sucession Planning : Identify critical positions/skill sets in each function to create successors internally or externally with clear development measures. HR Analytics & Reports : Provide Timely Intelligence through exit interviews, attrition metrics and propose strategies to retain key talents. Employee Grievances : Provide expertise in facilitation of employee relations efforts; serve as primary contact to assist employees in resolving issues and grievances. Talent Management : Develop a pool of internal candidates to take on broader leadership roles and challenges through coaching and training actionable development plans. Manpower Planning : Lead the implementation of manpower plan and ensure vacancies are managed and filled in line with approved budget. Performance Management : Lead the performance management and talent development by facilitating Goal setting, performance appraisal process and IDPs. Change Management : Guide business managers through change management initiatives including organization design / evolution / development, smart sourcing, restructuring, etc. HR Administration : Act as SPOC for line managers on HR operational Issues (Leave, Transfers, HRMS updation, Exits etc)
