Our Client is a globally leading Sales and Marketing consulting firm with presence across 22 countries. They are looking to hire a HR business partner for technology business to lead and manage the entire HR processes across Delhi NCR region (Biggest vertical for the business). The position is based in Gurgaon.
Job Description :
Reporting directly into the Global HRBP for technology, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage hire to retire processes, performance and strategic direction, while ensuring smooth delivery of day-to-day operations (e.g. Admin, Employee life cycle,
PMS, Talent Management, C&B, Recruitment etc.) for 900 employees
- Be an advisory for the technology business and work closely with regional heads, office level heads or team heads
- Design, develop and implement HR best practices including succession planning, talent reviews, behavioral assessment etc.) in an individual contributor role
- Ensuring strong adherence of the HR policies and governance piece while managing senior business stakeholders in technology
- Develop and implement appropriate communication processes and interventions to ensure smooth functioning of the business unit
- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance along with governance framework
The Successful Applicant :
- You should have 8-10 years of experience as a HR Business Partner only in setting up and managing HR processes
- Strong exposure in Technology business is a must have
- Should be comfortable with a matrix structure and individual contributor role
- Strong at stakeholder management across levels and departments
- Candidates from IT/ITes, Telecom, Analytics and Business Intelligence, Services, Financial services, Consulting, professional services only should apply
- MBA (HR) is mandatory
- Should be strong at designing interventions and less on execution
- Should be hands on in handling HR in a lean HR structure with complete ownership
- Excellent communication skills, people management skills and charismatic personality
