HR Business Partner - Technical Product Firm (6-8 yrs)
HR Business Partner - Tech-Product Organization (6-8 yrs)
- Developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with the overall business / functional strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage processes such as Performance Management, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Talent development
- Developing and implementing employee engagement plans
- Suggest, support, implement improvements and best practices to the entire recruitment process
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team on the entire recruitment process
- Monitor various HR metrics pertaining to employee lifecycle
- Partner with business and COEs to deliver learning and development programs
- Ensure closures on employee related grievances and concerns
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with Organization HR policies and processes
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a HR Business Partner role or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Tools such as MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word/
- Excellent communication abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- MBA or PG from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Business School specializing in HR
- Preferred experience with Internet / e-commerce / Tech-Product organization
- Overall 6 to 8 years of experience
