Objective - Drive HRBP and Talent Management for the organization Reporting to - Head HR Key Responsibilities: - Drive HRBP Responsibilities for the organization. - Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent - Drive projects and programs across HR transformation and change management areas to improve processes, systems and policies - Lead the end to end governance of Performance Management (PMS) process ensuring adherence of maintaining quality of reviews and feedback through 1-on-1 feedback meetings of managers with subordinates, thereby emphasizing 100% coverage of all eligible population in PMS for the yearly window - Collect analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (ex: Succession planning and measure effectiveness through business and OD metrics) - End to end ownership of employee development journey (from ideation to implementation) across levels - Own and facilitate leadership development programs - Design, facilitate and drive change management and organization development initiatives that create an impact and raise organizational effectiveness - Evaluate and continuously measure the effectiveness of talent management and organization development activities in relation to business goals - Create and implement the talent development strategy and annual roadmap for different verticals in line with the company's vision and global practices Ideal Profile : - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience - Masters/Post Graduate degree in HR or equivalent field - Understanding and exposure of talent development (TD), talent management (TM), Performance Management (PMS) and HR Projects (HR PMO) and interventions, with emphasis on driving measurable business results - Project management and analytical skills - Multitasking and stakeholder management skills - Excellent with psychometric tools and application - Result/outcome oriented, business value focused - Confidence and ability to work in a high ambiguity/agile work environment - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Extensive expertise and experience in designing and implementing leadership capability review and development initiatives, performance management, HR transformation and HR PMO, competency frameworks, career development, talent management and succession processes
