HR Business Partner/Talent Lead - Female only

- An HRBP who will manage technical, functional and support staff based at India office and a also a focal HRBP point for platform companies.

- Developing HR strategies, policies, practices, guidance for India office and Platform Companies, in line with overall Corp Policies

- Support CHRO in developing the HR strategy as per the overall business plans, and knitting the talent and reward perspective.

- Help in concept design of company's compensation philosophy and support in structuring compensation and benefit packages

- Improving and monitoring employee productivity. Drive retention strategies.

- Support the Platform companies, Organization Leadership and HRBPs in defining tailor made customised Compensation and Reward Philosophy considering each business model and plans.

- Should be a point of contact for C&B - Managing Rewards Survey's & Performance and Reward cycles across the portfolio as a main KRA.

- Design and Provides input on business units Organisation Structure, workforce planning, Annual Budget process and talent needs.

- Managing the Senior Stakeholders for their business requirements.
