This position will be responsible for entire HR Operation function of the division which is growing from a 1100 to 1600 Crs business in next 3 years with 300 mgmt staff located in 10 Branches in India & abroad and 2 manufacturing locations one in Ambattur and one upcoming soon in this SBP period from Recruitment to retirement. 1. Effective Business Partner a. Understanding Strategic Business Plan, Annual Business Plan, Stakeholders Needs and Expectations, Benchmarks to formulate and implement an organization structure, model and availability strategy b. Manpower Planning, Strategic sourcing and ensuring timely talent availability c. Understanding Competency and capability inventory, gaps, needs to formulate and implement capability building prog/ process effectively d. Identify and retain talent, leverage TDC process for assessment and development of leadership pipeline e. Train, help employees to embrace the performance management process for managing and improving performance and productivity f. Monitoring, analyzing and taking action to meet employee cost targets and benchmarks 2. HR Excellence a. Monitor employee Satisfaction of various categories, levels, departments, location and strive to improve the YoY b. Ensure top-down, bottom-up, horizontal communication to make an open and transparent culture that foster high performance team c. Create an appreciative work culture by formulating and implementing a reward and recognition program along with corporate Compensation and Benefit strategy d. Ensure employees are engaged in various aspects like sports, cultural, family health, environmental & societal program for overall wellbeing of employees e. Embrace EFQM excellence model to foster better performance/ HR excellence model f. Introduce HR Best practices in line with future needs g. Ensure timely updation of HRIS and ensure timely sharing of HR analytics h. Development of Subordinate on functional and managerial capabilities 3. Governance and Compliance a. Implement corporate policy, rules and regulations in letter and spirit at division level b. Ensure zero non-compliance from internal and external audits and take timely action on observations c. Ensure compliance in E&Y and LARS system d. Ensure code of ethics, sexual harassment, whistle-blower and Social Media policy are adequately communicated, trained and followed at all levels e. Ensure all statutory compliance for all category of employees comprising of Permanent, FTA, TPC f. Ensure appropriate infrastructure and facility for employees as per policy and practice of the company / division g. Ensure HR policies are strictly followed at all Branch locations both in India and abroad.
