Job Description

Reporting to the Head HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver strategic people plan to support the business

- Drive hiring process in defined timelines with metrics

- Drive initiatives in consultation with the HR Head to improve HR processes

- Analyze various metrics of the business and implement associated action plans

- Design and implement various Employee Engagement initiatives

- Drive performance management and propose HR best practices

The Successful Applicant

You come with 8-10 years of hands on experience as an HRBP within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences space only. You have a management degree from a top tier business school and have worked with MNC's in the past. You should have excellent recruitment, communication and negotiation skills coupled with demonstrated general management capability

Please note that experience in Pharma or Life Sciences domain is an absolute must have
