- Manage Employee relations, performance management, employee development plans, communication policies

- Only full time two year PG/MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools ( XLRI,TISS, SCMHRD,SIBM, MDI, SIMS equivalent )

- 2-6 years experience

Compensation : Not a constraint. your current CTC should be at least 14 lakhs pa
