HR Strategy, Leadership and Coordination - Recruitment - Talent Management &amp; Retention - Compensation and Benefits - Training and Development - Performance Management - Legal and Compliance Practices - HR Operations Delivery - PG in HR with 7+ years of experience in a HR role, with at least 4 years in a business partnering capability. - 8+ years of experience, ideally from tier 1 MNC environment.Prefer female candidates from Navi Mumbai areas - Proven track record to implement tailored HR solutions, creating winning business synergies. Team management and a background in HR operations would be an added advantage. - The ideal candidate will have HR transformational experience, preferably in a multinational shipping / port services environment
