HRBP Required for a leading firm in Bangalore.

Job Role :

- Build strategic HR Business Partnership

- Partner with Business leaders in developing the organisational design, manpower planning, succession planning etc.

- Work closely with the business managers and employees in understanding Employee Relations issues

- Stakeholder management

Desired Profile :

- MBA from reputed university (Full time)

- Prefer candidates from Services industry

- Must be on a current salary bracket of 30 Lacs atleast .
