HRBP / Sr HRBP role is a people's manager role at Rupeek and is core to our short & long term journey. We are looking for people who are passionate about building the right HR vertical for a rapidly scaling start-up to foster a positive environment amongst the employees and make sure the company's mission and goals are effectively implemented. You would be responsible for HR Business partnering with all the HR touchpoints of employee lifecycle management & related work streams.

What You'll Do:

- Working with business leaders to help them on employee development, Grievances Management & Talent Management, PMS, Annual review cycle. etc.

- Prepare periodic reports for management with recommendations and trends.

- Provide expertise and offer advice to employees in areas like career planning, employee relationships, strategic development etc.

What You'll Need

- 2- 3 years of post-qualification experience. Preferably from Premium HR management degree

- Good stakeholder management skills with all levels of Management.

- Logical & independent thinker, Problem-solving in people area.

- Ability to take people-related decisions independently.
