HR Business Partner - Sales Vertical - FMCD/BFSI/Telecom (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for onboarding and partnering with the recruitment team in hiring for Sales & Corporate Functions
- Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
- Anchors the performance management cycle and facilitate the various phases - goal-setting, on-going feedback, performance coaching, to annual appraisals; conducts any training or hand-holding required to ensure a meaningful performance management process

- Facilitates & Drive reward and recognition programs
- Ensure Channel/Function/location level compliances with Company policies and procedures and educate employees on adherence
