HR Business Partner - Sales Vertical - BFSI/BPO/Telecom - IIM/XIMB/XLRI/TISS

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales HRBP with experience in Sales HRBP. The incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of culture building, employee engagement, career development and grievance management initiatives.

S/he will be required to travel across offices in Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior.

The incumbent would be a business partner to 400 sales representatives.

S/he will be based in Indore and would report to the AVP HRBP Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

- Travelling across the region and meeting sales employees on a regular basis

- Employee grievance and query management

- Implementing the employee engagement plan

- Support the team in the implementation and execution of company rules and policies

Candidate Profile Specifically :

The candidate should have :

- MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 B-School in HR or equivalent field

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 3+ years from Telecom, Banks, Insurance and Shared Services background would be preferred

- Excellent people management and communication skills

- Prior experience of working with the large and young sales team.
