- On boarding & Induction of all the branch resource
- Payroll, Expenses & Salary increment inputs and processing for both Off-roll and On-Roll Employees
- Maintained Occupancy rates for off roll and on roll as per target
- Target and incentive rollout for Sales team member, including ensuing awareness & alignment
- Performance Management Development under MBO Model. Facilitate goal setting under SMART goal
- Training need analysis basis IDP, design and execution of the Training Calendar
- Plan training & coaching for the Sales Officers for Assessment Centers enabling Career progression
- Year-end process of Talent Review Banding exercise and increments of Outsourced
- Managing Attrition of the team and ensuring percent reduction over LY for On roll and Off roll
- Exit procedures - Analysis after the exit interviews and Full and Final as per statutory obligations
- Ensure Statutory compliance related to all the activities especially for Off roll employees
