Spotlight: Role: Manager/Sr Manager HRBP for Sales team Location: Mumbai Organization size: 250+ employees pan India Key responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end HRBP role of for our high performing sales teams, including inside sales and field sales teams - Contribute to the business strategy by helping identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes. - Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements. - Ensure leadership and coaching culture is cascaded through the organization. - Drive the people processes (performance, development, engagement) to ensure that employees' level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards - Provide expert advice and coaching to employees where appropriate - Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns. - Analyse key HR data and provide insights & recommendations to senior HR / BU leaders. - Automate and improve HR processes in the organization. - Maintain close contact with the area HR team to work in synchronization with the other business units at Zaggle. - Manage specific projects as well as participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives. Requirements: - MBA in HR from a reputed college - 2 to 6 yrs of experience in HR with minimum 2 years in HRBP role at a SaaS company -Experience managing the HR responsibilities for sales functions would be a big plus - Ability to deal in a fast-paced growing environment - Strong stakeholder management skills - Digitally enabled/tech savvy
