- Manage End to End employee life cycle, Career development initiatives, Sales Engagement programs, Development Centres, Manpower management and Budgeting, Recruitment, Attrition and MIS.
- Talent Management - Performance Management and Statutory Compliances
- Capability Development: Development Need analysis, Identifying function level interventions, Individual Development Plans, On boarding Program, Organization wide Engagement Initiatives.
