Our Client:

- Our client is a MNC with building material manufacturing facilities in India.


- They are currently looking to hire a HR Business Partner (as Individual contributor) managing India HR affairs end to end.


- This role does not have any reportees so the incumbent must be comfortable in being hands on.

Role:

- The role of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is to provide generalist human resources support company's India business.


- The position will report to the National HR Manager, providing generalist human resources, industrial relations and employment law advice, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, supporting the execution of HR initiatives and programs and delivering a best practice business partnering service to key stakeholders.


- The role of the HRBP will be to influence and drive people strategies and plans aligned to the business strategy and Department's business plans.

Ideal Candidate:

- Ideally you have 8 to 15 years of experience in a MNC background in a HRBP role and have experience in business partnering, HR compliance, TA, L&D etc.


- You have excellent communication skills and are looking for the next challenging assignment in your career.
