POSITION SUMMARY &amp; PURPOSE : The Human Resources Business Partner role (HRBP) will be based in Hyderabad India and will service the ASEAN and Indian businesses. The HRBP leads and manages the people management related agenda with internal stakeholders and customers and acts as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP is a key contributor to : - HR operational activities - HR projects and the change management associated - HR related internal and external communications - The APAC HR Strategic plan and targets delivery with the other members of the HR Team : Responsibilities : - Builds a strong &amp; trusting business relationship with all business stakeholders - Supports day to day operational HR Matters across ASEAN &amp; India - Leads the end to end Performance Management Process including providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching,&nbsp;counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). - Drives the Learning &amp; Development agenda across ASEAN &amp; India - Drives the Graduate and Internship programs across ASEAN &amp; India - Works closely with the HR Director &amp; HR Administrator to ensure that HR policies&nbsp;and processes are relevant and up to date - Manages and executes complex HR Projects - Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks - Responsible for the end to end recruitment process - Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the&nbsp;people management - Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions - Challenges the organisational structure of the business and proposes changes - Acts as a senior member of the HR Team and mentors other junior and less&nbsp;experienced members - Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team members to develop&nbsp;solutions, programs and policies - Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
