HR Business Partner - Retail


Role Description :

1. Own the execution & deployment of the People practices across Brand's Associate network, Deploy audit to measure the People practices

3. Work closely with the business team to ensure implementation of People practices for associates

4. Compilation of new Business Associates data for all divisions and organizing their on-boarding induction program & collate feedback

5. Provide hiring support to Business Associate stores, Review each store hiring status and mitigate concerns

6. Promote adoption of Reach out portal with Managers and Business Associates for all hiring requests

7. Support participation of associates in Engagement surveys and compile report

8. Manage connect with the regional retail team and manage any escalations / grievances raised by the employees appropriately as per the guidelines w.r.t Safe Insurance

Desired qualifications, skills and experience :

- In-depth understanding of HRM concepts and functions

- Around 2-5 years of work experience in HR operations/ Employee Lifecycle management/ Sales HR/Regional HR roles in FMCG, Retail, Telecom or Food and Hospitality sectors would be preferred

- Exposure to handling HR for a distributed work force model is an added benefit.

3. The role holder needs to have a good conceptual knowledge and the ability to translate strategy into action. The incumbent will be required to ensure adoption and implementation of HR strategy which is aligned to Business Associate store model.

4. Ability to establish trust - Relationship Building is a critical success factor for getting things done. This role is expected to work with multiple stakeholders and is largely playing in the sphere delivering through influence.
