- Payroll Management: Ensure adherence to company policies and practices in preparing salaries.
- Talent Acquisition: Source and recruit top-notch talent for the store team through campus and lateral hiring initiatives.
- Retail Store Productivity and Cost Management: Drive productivity initiatives within the Retail Stores to manage cost budgets effectively.
- General Administration: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the retail office.
- HR/IR Support: Provide comprehensive HR/IR support to the retail team.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence and compliance with all relevant statutes and labor laws.
- HR Business Operations: Execute HR tasks such as transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions in accordance with established processes and policies.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Education: MBA preferred.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Resourcefulness in problem-solving and task execution.
- Exceptional project management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and synthesis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
