Our client is a conglomerate, and we are looking for an HRBP for the Real Estate business.
The snapshot of the role:-
- Identification of right structure and right staffing for various teams in the business
- Identification on critical competency gaps and working with Central L&D team to address them
- Creating strategic talent pipelines for the key roles in tandem with Central TA
- Building stronger HR & Business policies for the Real Estate Business
- Identification of key strategic initiative for reward, retention and engagement of employees
- If you have 10-15 years of experience and have a full-time MBA.
