Description - HR business partner role for a tech driven R&D setup. Opportunity to work with an interesting employee set and liaise with senior leadership
- Advises business management regarding general HR topics, processes and compliance issues, based on local regulations
- Discusses workforce demands for (an) assigned organization(s)
- Drives implementation of the local people strategy and derives appropriate actions for local HR strategy
- Develops local talent pipeline taking diversity aspects into consideration, braking down the global talent pipeline principles
- Ensures quality and adherence to local standards for core HR processes
- Coaches managers on employee relations
- Worked in matrix team structures
- Very good communication skills with stakeholder management
- Ability to use and implement tech in HR
- MNC experience
- Knowledge of compliance and labour laws
