HR Business Partner - Professional Services Firm (10-12 yrs)
About the client- Professional Services
Roles & Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Head HR you will be responsible for managing employees based out of Pan India
- Partner with business units to establish goals for all employees and ensure periodic review of performance against established goals.
- Drive the performance appraisal process for assigned business units, ensuring fairness and transparency
- Taking timely decisions on managing performance, in alignment with organizational objectives
- Drive Talent Management & employee retention strategies for assigned business units, including promotions & succession planning
- Maintain the current employee pulse among all assigned business units and provide insights to business and HR leaders towards formulation of their people management strategy
- Drive participation & completion of Employee Engagement surveys and partner with business units on creation & implementation of relevant action plans
As a successful candidate:
-10-12 years of expertise in Business Partnering in the Big5s or Management consulting domain only
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good stakeholder management skills with key stakeholders across levels and across businesses
