HR Business Partner - Product Technology Firm (7-9 yrs)

Role is to : 

- Be responsible for HR Generalist and Business partnering activities for the assigned business functions, working closely with the Heads of assigned Functions.

- Drive high employee retention as well as attract top talent into the function through external as well as internal hires

- Facilitate Engagement Surveys

- Talent Acquisition

- Create long-range plans and function specific initiatives

- HR advisory to wide range of complex HR issues

- Responsible for managing compensation payroll cycle for the Organization including responsibility for managing monthly compensation inputs to external payroll vendor for salary processing

- Annual HR year-end processes around performance, promotions, bonus, annual pay, potential assessment, succession planning, Engagement survey,

- New hire on-boarding including Orientations and Immersion plans

- Monthly Headcount update, cost projections and tally against workbook, workday and TALEO - Participate in HR projects, change programs, HR and organizational initiatives

- MBA in HR from Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes with 7+ years in an HR Business Partnering or an HR generalist role

- Should be able to work in a matrix environment

- Exposure to business partnering

- Comfort of working with numbers and open to managing compensation/ payroll

- Keen to own HR operations as well as some hiring responsibility

- Has been a top performer and received above average performance ratings in ones earlier roles

- Should have grown in her current role and responsibility

- Willing to learn and grow fast and keen to take on larger responsibilities

- Independently manage senior stakeholders
