About the client: Technology, Product Engineering
Reporting into Senior Manager HR:
You will work as HRBP to provide core HR services, e.g. Induction & on boarding, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning and Development and HR Operations.
- Manage end to end employee life cycle ( including overseeing recruitment ) India & Global
- Work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch
- Develop the PMS framework and carry forward the process efficiently
- Take care of end to end Employee Relations activities for the group
- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place
Key Requirements :
- 5 to 8 years experience in HR business partnering role for a Product Engineering group is a must have
- Should have good experience in managing employee life cycle
- Excellent communication and stake holder management skills
- You should be extremely hands on and open to working in an individual contributor capacity
- Should have experience in working in dynamic environment
