HR Business Partner Position : HRBP Function/Department : HR Unit/Location : Sanand Qualification : MBA (Tier 1 Institutes) Roles & Responsibilities : - Prepare Manpower and cost of employment budget for the year considering business plans. - Design and implement various HR initiatives and policies to achieve desired business goals and objectives - Participate in various meetings/ forums to understand human resources requirement pertaining to business - Identify the key positions and critical talent in the respective units. Design talent management program for Talent retention. Identify improvement areas and prepare development plan with the help of Learning & development team. - Administer and manage Rewards & Recognition program in the unit to create competitive culture. - Foster result oriented performance review and continuous feedback coaching culture in the BU. Drive performance management system by ensuring Annual goal setting, Mid year & year end performance review and participate in performance calibration. - Create open, transparent and professional work culture across all levels through initiatives. Improve employee connect and help individual maintain their work life balance. - Provide strategic and day to day inputs to corporate HR / Centre of Excellence team in creating performance driven culture - Take various initiatives under capacity and capability building, facilitate succession planning for the key positions in the business and design learning growth and learning model for the same - Well versed with the use of technology in HR and have an experience of handling and managing a HRMS system
