HR Business Partner - Mumbai - Reputed MNC
- Partner the HR Head to drive HR strategies in alignment with our global and regional framework to attract, select, develop and retain talent
- Partner with the Operations leaders on Workforce planning, Change Management Initiatives, Leadership Effectiveness
- Lead the D&I culture initiative for the organization in partnership with the business.
- Maintain harmonious industrial relations through deep relationships with unions / non exempt workforce
- Build collaborative relationships with managers & HR locally to ensure that they are using best practice in Talent Management
- Ensure that solutions are relevant for current and future business needs and offers return on investment
degree or equivalent with 4+ years professional HR experience; at least 2 years of this experience in a manufacturing organization
- Union/IR exposure will be an added advantage.
- Facilitation skills/Change management skills
