HR Business Partner - Pharma

Position: HR Business Partner (Leading MNC Pharma Co)

Role:

- Play the role of HR business partner for the allocated BUs / Business functions

- Responsible for managing all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution

- Operate as a single point of contact for guidance and advice to employees on all HR policy / processes

- Manage Talent Attraction and Talent Acquisition for the allocated BUs / Business functions

- Manage delivery and implementation of all HR processes for the allocated BUs / Business functions

- Work closely with Analytics team for information sharing, analytics, review and reporting of HR dashboards and score cards

Requirements:

- MBA in HR with a solid experience on HRBP / generalist

- 5+ years of relevant HRBP experience

- Should have experience in Talent Acquisition

- Candidates with exposure to the Pharma Sector will be preferred
