HR Business Partner - Pharma (3-8 yrs)
Our Client : A Fortune 500 MNC pharma company
Role Requirement : Responsible for the development and implementation of the Human Resources processes, providing solutions for the needs of internal clients.
Major KRA's:
- Partner with Business Functions to determine business HR needs
- Implement all HR processes for the business as per defined SOPs and timelines
- Assist business with manpower planning
- Support business with talent management and training needs.
Ideal Candidate:
- Management graduate with experience in handling a Business HR role (sales HR experience is a must). Hands on experience in HR ops.
