For our client who is a world leader in pharma, we are looking for an HR Business Partner.
The role would involve :
- Stake Holder Management
- Partnering with the business as strategic and business-focused HR
- Lead internal cultural development for the business in line with corporate goals
- Improve unit/business productivity
- Talent Management and Organizational Development
- Ensuring Operational Excellence with respect to HR Strategies and Delivery
- Performance Management and Career Progression.
- Ensure that appropriate KPIs and management information are in place
- Derive Training Identification needs from the Goals
The Person :
- Full time MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 institute
- 3-5 years experience as HR generalist/HRBP
- Must have strong exposure to stake holder management
