HR Business Partner - People/Culture Partner & Governance (8-15 yrs)
- Lead the design and implementation of People and Culture priorities in collaboration with colleagues and leaders.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and out-of-the-box thinking in all endeavors.
- Collaborate closely with leaders to address people and organizational challenges and seize opportunities effectively.
- Work alongside managers to facilitate team development, with a focus on achieving high performance.
- Actively engage as a member of the People and Culture Asia network to drive culture transformation with energy and creativity.
- Provide People and Culture business support to Sales, D&IT, and Purchasing functions in India, maintaining close alignment with VGU, CoE, and People Services.
- Drive continuous development of governance structures for Region India.
- Coordinate regional board meetings and management meetings, ensuring efficient execution.
- Contribute to defining relevant focus areas and topics for BRM and management meetings.
- Participate in Regional Board meetings, actively contributing to discussions and decisions.
- Take a key role in preparing high-quality meeting materials, documenting meeting minutes, maintaining decision logs, and overseeing follow-up actions.
- When necessary, escalate specific matters requiring attention.
Experience and Qualifications
- Full time MBA and HRBP experience of 8 plus years with ability to drive day to day activities as well as strategic HR initiatives
- A high degree of creativity and curiosity.
- Understand coaching and facilitation principles to drive transformation and change in the organization.
- Ability to coach and challenge Leaders.
- Working knowledge of team development stages and interventions, talent management aspects and DEI.
- Worked on culture transformation in matrix organization.
- It is key that you have a structured and proactive approach with a high attention to details in your day-to-day work.
- A strong focus on collaboration and relationship management, with a proven ability to liaise and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- A curious mind-set and a willingness to drive change and continuous improvements
- Since the position has regular access to sensitive information, high integrity is essential.
