HR Business partner - Paints
The Client is a paints and coatings manufacturer :
- The HR Business Partner will influence the management as an active advisor; the focus is on building a solid foundation in terms of activities and procedures related to HR concepts like Talent Acquisition, Competence Development, Dynamic Workforce, Leadership, Total Reward System, Diversity & Inclusion
- The HR Business Partner will proactively work to strengthen current practice, implement, and maintain Group and Regional HR policies, processes and tools in cooperation with Regional HR team
- Ensure that the foundational "building blocks" of HR are well established, known and understood in the organization, e.g., leadership tools, competence development
- Constructive Teamwork: co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience and information; supports others in the pursuit of team goals
Qualifications :
- Work Experience : Minimum 7-8 ears of experience in HR
- Education : MBA in HR
