- Partner with business leaders and HR team to develop and implement HR strategy and solutions
- Closely work with business on manpower planning and organization structure design
- Collaborate with recruitment team on hiring requirements, creation of new roles and compensation fitment
- Formulate the career paths for technology function and partner in the job grading exercise across organization
- Design and deployment of performance management and talent development processes
- Initiate and implement various employee engagement, communication and technology branding initiatives
- Develop rewards & recognition framework and implement it across the organization
- Analyze the employee satisfaction survey results, formulate action tracks and work on the HR action plan
- Create effective employee connect and communication through various forums, open house with leadership and skip level meetings; analyze issues and strategize the outcomes
- Formulate compensation and benefits proposal and execute the annual compensation review
