Responsibilities : 8 plus years. Preferably NBFC experience of at least 2 years. - Lead and manage employee life cycle across Pan India . - Provide proactive HR solutions to Business Heads and other senior stakeholders, regional stakeholders in execution of business strategy - As an effective business partner, work closely with the business heads and their management teams to understand, anticipate and provide solutions on people matters - Work proactively with business teams in people development, performance management, retention, and succession planning and employee satisfaction to ensure success of business initiatives - Talent Acquisition- Play an important role in attracting the - right- talent internally from other businesses/companies and externally. Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to ensure right talent acquisition & deployment - Employee Relations- Manage employee relations scenarios, Partner with Employee Relations on disciplinary issues, grievance redressal - Maintain an integrated working relationship with Regional and National Business Management teams.
