HRBP Medical Devices and Product Technology


1. Advocate the Company Achievements

2. Guide and coach People Managers in relation to HR policies and processes to effectively drive People Priorities while building people manager skills and funnel of capable and potential leaders

3. Work with Functional Leaders to assess and gather Voice of Employee (VoE) and implement focused actions to drive +ive employee experiences

4. Guide & support in driving Performance & Development for Growth Agenda through People Managers & Functional Leaders

5. Partner with People Managers and Functional Leaders to drive Capability Enhancement, Succession Building & Talent Engagement plan & actions

6. Partner & facilitate Talent Planning & Hiring while being focused on building diversity


Position Description Statement:

7. Partner with People Managers and Functional Leaders to understand Learning Needs/Priorities and facilitate addressal of same through appropriate channel, program design and delivery method

8. Oversee and Implement Portescap HR Strategy and Policies consistently and collaborate with site leaders for ensuring same

9. Act as a Change agent in managing organizational change and ensure continuous improvement in quality and value of HR service

10.Support with mediation of workplace conflicts and grievances and investigation of Speak Ups

11.Ensure compliance for different legal requirements as per local and global employment laws and applicable bodies (Internal and External Process and Functional auditors) . Indepth Understanding of Functional & Organizational Value Stream, Structures &

Roles:

- Hands-on experience of having managed Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development portfolios

- Hands-on experience of coaching and facilitating People Managers and Functional Leaders for driving focused Development Plans

- Hands-on experience of having utilized mix of channels for Recruitment & managing hiring costs

- Awareness of Local Employment Laws

- Experience of using Data & Analytics to support informed and effective decision making

- Exposure of Compensation Management (benchmarking and roll-out)

- Proficiency in utilizing MS Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, Forms etc.) for activities as required

- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Labor Laws, Industrial Psychology from a reputed institute

- 8+ Years of rounded hands-on experience across most HR verticals

- Experience of having worked in a Manufacturing (Engineering / FMCG / Process / Pharma / Automotive / EV etc.) setup is a must

- Experience of having worked in a MNC setup will be preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Proficiency in Hindi &/or Marathi will be an added advantage

- Prefer diversity profiles from Mumbai ONLY ( Female candidates )
