Client Details :

Our client is an MNC in the Medical Devices space. With a vast global presence, they have been in the Indian market for about 6+ years with a total revenue of over 150 cores. They occupy close to 70% of the market share in India, with a 40% YoY growth. Given this, they are looking at investing in people and hence are hiring an HR Business Partner with a heavy focus on Talent Acquisition to meet the aggressive growth plans of the organization

Description :

Reporting to the Regional Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely and analyzing the needs of the Business Units especially the Sales teams

- Accomplishing the hiring of quality talent in time

- Managing the overall recruitment process from start to end

- Driving the Performance Management Process for the region

- Designing and managing the Talent Management process and creation of roadmap for high potential talent

Profile :

You come with 4-8 years of experience within the FMCG, Telecom, Healthcare or consulting space as a Business Partner with strong exposure in sales hiring. You have an MBA in HR from a top tier Business School only and are looking to take the next step in your career. You are enthusiastic and dynamic with strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication.
