HR Business Partner - Manufacturing & Supply Chain - FMCG (10-17 yrs)
Our client is an FMCG major headquartered out of Delhi, with a pan India footprint along with 5 manufacturing units.
They are looking for a strategic HR leader to lead their manufacturing and supply chain business partner position while taking care of the following:
- Work closely with the Manufacturing and Supply Chain leaders to drive their people agenda on the ground
- Lead a team of HRBP leads for each of the manufacturing units within the firm
- Oversee the deployment of resources at each of the plants by closely understanding the specific business requirements
- Bring an outstanding command on statutory compliance and labor laws
- Set up SOPs and operational frameworks for all the activities at the plant level
- Enable manufacturing excellence by providing relevant learning and development interventions as and when needed
- Work with COE leads to ensure the design and deployment of all talent management interventions, compensation and benefits interventions and the overall HR strategy
