Purpose The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The position may include international human resource responsibilities. Responsibilities: - Act as a single point contact for the employees and managers in the business unit - Support the delivery &amp; implementation of People Operations' processes &amp; systems - Manage complex and difficult People Operations Projects cross-functionally - Build a strong business relationship with the internal client - Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks - Recruit personally the key talents for the internal client - Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees - Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management - Act on Employee Opinion Survey results, propose solutions and drive changes in order to ensure maximum employee satisfaction - Design and maintain organization charts as the performance of the business unit improves - Design succession plans for key talents and key job positions - Challenge the organizational structure of the internal client and propose changes - Assess, develop, implement and evaluate ways of increasing efficiency across HR processes - Handle employee grievances efficiently and acts as employee advisor in tough situations Qualifications and Experience - Post graduate in Human Resources function from Tier 1 Institutes only - 4-6 years of work experience in HR Business Partner/Operations/generalist function - Ability to deal with the uncertainties of an evolving, dynamic organization - Experience in preparing weekly/monthly quarterly and Yearly dashboards and presentations - Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills - Project Management and Change Management Skills - Strong Business Acumen, Time Management and Priorities Management Skills - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a team environment
