Young HR Business Partner required for a Large Manufacturing Organization ! Mumbai
- We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from our client which is a large and fast growing Indian Manufacturing organization with a Top line of over 8000 crores.
- They are looking for a "HR Business Partner" for their organization to join them as soon as possible.
- The position is based in Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
- Work with key business stakeholders to define talent related needs.- Support in driving key people strategy programs.
- Support Talent acquisition, Management and Development.
- Drive PMS, Employee Engagement / Pulse Surveys.
- Ensure Stat compliances, communication & Reporting.
To qualify for these positions you should :
- Full time MBA / PG in HR
- Have around 3 - 9 years of experience in HR in a large organization -MUST.- Have good experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Have experience in multiple areas of HR including Employee Engagement, TA, T&D, PMS etc.
- Experience in engaging with stake holders.
- Have good English Skills.
- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate.
