HRBP - Manufacturing About Client : Our client is a multinational automotive firm. This is an Individual Contributor role, based in Pune and reports into the Head of HR Operations. Roles and responsibilities: - HR business partnering for around 300 shop floor employees (70% white collar, 30% blue collar) - unions - end-to-end operational HR business partnering for shop floor employees (guiding business, appraisals for these employees) - Strategic action implementation - Talent Management: job rotation, succession planning; Employee Engagement - give inputs for surveys - Partner with business units to establish goals for all employees and ensure periodic review of performance against established goals - Ideal Candidate: Fluent in Marathi, energetic to talk to employees on the shop floor, someone who comes with 7-8 years of plant HRBP experience, preferably manufacturing, automotive and ancillary industries
