- The Human Resources Business Partner is a dynamic role, working at different levels of the organization to ensure innovative best practices are implemented.
- The role works in a collaborative manner with the leadership to ensure employee satisfaction across the organization.
- As a part of HR team, this role demands active participation in achieving HR strategic objectives.
Specific duties and responsibilities :

- Develop, design, and implement progressive human resource policies, implement best practices and procedures to promote company brand value.
- Employee life cycle: Post Joining till exit / retirement
- Ensures best HR practices are not only implemented but applied fairly across the organization.
- Data management, HR analytics and MIS
- Talent Management: Interview assessment, position planning, HRIS, etc. (As per planned Head Count release)
- Employee Engagement Activities (Cultural & Team building)
- Performance and Talent Management
- Compensation and Benefits
- Retention measures
- Involvement in payroll activities
- Grievances Handling
- Administration tasks to support HR system
